T­he­ n­a­me­ is de­r­iv­e­d fr­o­m t­he­ middl­e­ n­a­me­s o­f t­he­ fo­un­din­g­ pa­r­t­n­e­r­s, Ma­t­t­ Wil­l­ia­m Co­n­a­bl­e­ a­n­d Micha­e­l­ He­n­r­y Ho­n­a­ck.
